CheckIn and CheckOut

From the moment your patients arrive until they leave, Dental.Pack-Online's powerful, interactive CheckIn and CheckOut features help you and your staff handle visits efficiently.

When your patient arrives, the receptionist can simply click the name link, which appears on the Daily or Weekly Schedule, to access the patient files. The Patient Today's Visit window appears with the full details of the visit and the planned treatments. By scrolling down and clicking CheckIn, the receptionist can signal to the provider that the patient is ready for treatment. CheckIn is confirmed by the white arrow to the left of the name of the patient.

Once you finish the patient treatment, you can click CheckOut to check the patient out of your chair. A black ball appears next to the patient name and this signals the end of the visit. The black ball stays in place until the patient goes to reception to schedule his next appointment and settle his bill. The receptionist clicks his name link on the Daily or Weekly Schedule to access his files. The current balance owed by the patient appears and the patient can make a full or partial payment, which the system credits to his account.
