Patient Histories

You can quickly access the patient visit history by clicking Office Visits History in the Patient Information window. This gives you direct access to one easy to read window that lists all of the patient's treatments to date. If you need more detailed information about a specific visit, just click the date link for that visit. Then you can see all of the details of each visit, including a description of the treatment, the provider's name, and charges.
