Payments and Balances

Dental.Pack-Online lets you keep track of payments and balances effortlessly. The straightforward, accurate billing system lets you put together patient bills, verify payments and check balances with ease.

You can access patient balances from anywhere in the system from the Patient Information window. Just click the $ Register a Payment $ link and you have instant access to patient balances and payments. The Balance line lets you see at a glance the total of charges, payments, and adjustments. If you click the Balance link, you can go directly to the account history for that patient or family. Here you find an easy to read list of all the debits and credits for the account. Nothing could be make your accounting tasks any easier.
