If a patient comes into the office without an appointment, there is no need to panic. Dental.Pack-Online lets you move the patient from the waiting room to the provider smoothly and quickly.

If it is a new patient, create a new patient file or if it is a returning patient, pull up the patient file. You are now ready to schedule an appointment for the first available provider. Just click Walk-in Visit from the General Menu and enter the patient visit information. What could be easier?
